    Job Summary

    The Automotive Lube/Tire Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and light-duty automotive repair services. This position includes oil changes, tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, tire rotations, brake inspections and repairs, and basic front-end and suspension work. The technician will help ensure that all vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Working alongside other technicians and management, this individual will play an important role in maintaining a productive shop environment while delivering quality automotive maintenance and repair services to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services

    Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace tires

    Perform brake inspections and brake service

    Assist with light front-end and suspension repairs

    Conduct vehicle safety inspections

    Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Follow all company safety procedures and service standards

    Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors and management

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent.

    ASE Certification (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent is a bonus but not required.

    1–3 years of automotive, tire, or lube technician experience preferred.

    Team player

    Familiar with TPMS sensors

    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions (indoors/outdoors, cold/hot environments).
