    Role Overview The Automotive Master Mechanic is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, major mechanical repairs, and high-level troubleshooting across a wide variety of makes and models. Responsibilities: • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivetrains. • Oversee and guide other technicians on complex jobs and reconditioning tasks. • Accurately document all work performed and ensure quality standards. • Conduct pre-sale inspections to ensure inventory is retail-ready. • Maintain shop equipment and promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Work with service advisors and management to prioritize repairs and workflow. • Stay current on industry tools, technology, and repair techniques. Qualifications: • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary • ASE Master Certification (preferred). • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience. • Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency with scan tools and dealer-level diagnostic software. • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Compensation: $83,000 - $113,000 yearly
