Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues with precision and expertise.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of vehicles.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about repairs.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on complex repairs.

ASE Master Certification preferred; additional certifications a plus.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
