Flowly Solutions is hiring for a skilled automotive mechanic for our logistics team.

This is a full time role with weekly opportunities for overtime. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends. This is a day shift and we are flexible what your exact schedule will be based on your availability.

We require prior experience maintaining vehicles to be considered for this role. For this position, you will be maintaining and repairing our fleet. You must be able to perform scheduled and preventative maintenance. Knowledge on how to maintain diesel engines is a plus.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all vehicle maintenance including fluid changes, brakes, rotors and other parts
• Troubleshooting issues with buses and trucks to locate and repair the problem
• Performing repairs on both electrical and mechanical components
• Maintaining the inventory of parts and ordering supplies from our vendors
• Keeping detailed logs of repairs and maintenance performed
• Assembling and disassembling parts of the vehicles such as the engines and transmissions
• Working directly with the transportation manager to communicate vehicles statuses
• Repairing vehicles independently or working with a team to complete projects
• Using scan tools to diagnose and repair

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in vehicle maintenance is required to be considered for this position
• Strong knowledge on diesel engines is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to use scan tools and learning company specific computer programs
• Knowledge on both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
