Diagnose complex vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently

Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Ensure equipment is operating properly and perform preventive maintenance

Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

Automotive repair capabilities

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (electrical, engine performance, drivability preferred)

Advanced automotive repair experience

Commitment to excellence at all levels of service

Excellent communication skills with an upbeat, customer-focused personality

Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude

Clean and professional appearance

Valid state driver’s license

Participation in crew meetings

Able to work in outdoor weather conditions, shop noise, and vehicle exhaust fumes
