Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | $16–$21/hr to start

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Parts Management
- Keep parts stocked and ready so techs can do their best work without delays
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy; verify part numbers against service orders
- Process, pick, and stage parts for jobs; track sales, returns, and warranty records
- Work with vendors to resolve issues quickly and keep things moving
- Perform cycle counts and keep inventory sharp; maintain SOPs for receiving and returns
Post-Repair Quality Control
- Inspect completed repairs to make sure every vehicle leaves the shop in top shape
- Verify correct parts were installed and all work matches the service order
- Document QC results and flag anything that needs attention before delivery
- Be the last line of defense for quality — and take pride in it
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year in auto parts, repair, or supply chain — shop experience is a big plus
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting when something's off
- Comfortable with inventory/ERP systems and reading service orders
- A team-first attitude and great communication — this role works with everyone in the shop
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
