    Parts & QC Specialist Full-time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | $16–$21/hr to start

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    Parts Management

    • Keep parts stocked and ready so techs can do their best work without delays
    • Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy; verify part numbers against service orders
    • Process, pick, and stage parts for jobs; track sales, returns, and warranty records
    • Work with vendors to resolve issues quickly and keep things moving
    • Perform cycle counts and keep inventory sharp; maintain SOPs for receiving and returns

    Post-Repair Quality Control

    • Inspect completed repairs to make sure every vehicle leaves the shop in top shape
    • Verify correct parts were installed and all work matches the service order
    • Document QC results and flag anything that needs attention before delivery
    • Be the last line of defense for quality — and take pride in it

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1+ year in auto parts, repair, or supply chain — shop experience is a big plus
    • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting when something's off
    • Comfortable with inventory/ERP systems and reading service orders
    • A team-first attitude and great communication — this role works with everyone in the shop
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
