Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles

Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently

Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are up to date

Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and parts expertise

Research and cross-reference parts using catalogs, databases, and supplier resources

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to fulfill special orders and back-order requests

Support the sales team with upselling and recommending related parts and accessories

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive parts sales, counter sales, or a related role preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology

Proficiency with parts lookup software, catalogs, or inventory management systems

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail or warehouse environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
