    Cameron Park Automotive is seeking a versatile parts and service assistant to join our independent repair shop team. In this dual - focus role, you will be the primary parts person, ordering, receiving, and invoicing parts on repair orders, maintaining shop inventory. Secondly, assist our service advisor with customer service, creating estimates, checking in and checking out customers. Responsibilities: • Manage and streamline the parts ordering process to ensure timely availability for all repair jobs. • Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient stock management. • Collaborate with the service advisor to create precise and detailed estimates for customers. • Assist in the invoicing process, ensuring all parts and services are accurately billed. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality parts are sourced. • Support the service advisor in scheduling appointments and managing workflow efficiently. Qualifications: • Knowledge of automotive parts • Inventory management • Computer skills • Phone skills Compensation: $20 hourly
