A TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE THIS...

Answer phone calls

Greet customers (when covering for service advisors at lunch, etc.)

Assist with checking in vehicles

Source parts, add parts to estimate, order parts

Negotiate with vendors

Receive parts, label them and enter the invoices

Handle and track parts returns

Stock inventory parts

Perform inventory of stock parts and supplies

Process parts/labor warranties

Work with the Service Manager and assist as needed

Review history/maintenance of customer vehicles

Pick up parts, if needed

Other duties as necessary

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

As a knowledgeable Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team and customers with their automotive part needs. If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you.

Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8:00 to 5:00, Friday 8:00-3:00

Absolutely no drug use is tolerated when working around vehicles. It is too much of a liability. Random drug testing is performed to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
