Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our quickly growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible experience while addressing their needs related to automotive services.
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide information about our services, including brake repair, tire service, and scheduled maintenance .
Assist customers in scheduling appointments for various automotive services.
Transmit customer feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with mechanics and service management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote additional services and products through effective sales techniques.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to shocks, struts, and suspension systems.
Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
Familiarity with automotive terminology and services such as mechanic work, brake repair, tire service, auto body repair, and dealership operations is a plus.
Sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
