    Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant

    Schedule: Must be available weekdays and every other Saturday

    Compensation: $15.00/hour training pay while you learn the ropes

    Commission-based pay plan once you're up and running — unlimited earning potential

    Full-time hours, including every other Saturday (10–5) with a weekday off that week

    40 hours per week minimum, plus commission bonuses based on performance

     

    About the Role:

    We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Consultant who’s ready to sell some of the most respected brands in the industry. Whether you're new to the car business or experienced and looking for a better opportunity, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

    This isn’t your average sales gig. We’re upfront, transparent, and focused on doing right by the customer — no high-pressure tactics, no gimmicks. Just real product knowledge, strong follow-up, and great customer service.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet and assist customers in a professional, welcoming manner
    • Guide buyers through vehicle selection, product presentation, and the test drive process
    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text throughout the buying process
    • Create and maintain strong relationships before, during, and after the sale
    • Work with managers and finance staff to close deals efficiently and correctly
    • Follow up with leads, unsold showroom traffic, and service drive opportunities
    • Stay up to date with product training and dealership promotions

       

      REQUIREMENTS

    • Great attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
    • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
    • Willingness to learn the ins and outs of the auto industry
    • Reliable and self-motivated with a team-first mentality
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Learn and present features and benefits vehicles — including EVs, trucks, and luxury SUVs
