Responsibilities: • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences • Showcase and explain vehicle features, emphasizing the value they offer to customers • Arrange and lead test drives while providing in-depth information on vehicle specifications • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth and efficient sales processes • Develop lasting customer connections through excellent service and communication Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Prior experience in automotive sales is helpful, but not necessary • Strong communication and people skills • Ability to connect with customers and build trust • Good knowledge of vehicle technology and features • Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a drive to consistently improve • Effective negotiation and closing skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
