Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership or inquiring online
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including test drives
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and financing options
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals professionally
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and social media
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a bonus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license
