    Responsibilities:

    Actively seeks out customers in and outside of dealerships with a positive interaction, while answering all questions to assess and fulfill customers needs.

    Promptly responds to CRM and phone leads, follows up with customers, sets up appointments, builds productive trusting relations, enters all customer info into CRM, meeting deadlines to ensure no overdue/dormant leads.

    Greets all customers entering the dealership - greets with a smile, introduces oneself, shakes customers’ hands, and guides them through the OMGI experience.

    Assists in setting and achieving monthly and annual sales goals.

    Attends and assists in daily sales meetings.

    Teaches and ensures the OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. sales procedures are done 100% of the time.

    Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.

    Supports sales staff in closing and approval of deals.

    Ensures salespeople maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.

    Ensures the proper follow-up of all potential buyers.

    Ensures that new owners are contacted within 24 hours of delivery and completely satisfied with the sales and delivery process/their overall experience with the dealership.

    Keeps the showroom and lot appealing and inviting.

    Ensures 100% turnover of each customer to F&I.

    Completes four squares and helps close deals approved by the Sales Manager.

    Processes credit applications within OWEN MOTOR GROUP, INC. Credit Compliance guidelines to secure financing as submitted by credit customers requirements, while knowing and following state regulations regarding sales tax, title and licensing, and state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

    Structures deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and the dealership policies resulting in quick funding and a high level of customer satisfaction and upholds the highest level of ethical standards.

    Discloses financial information to customers.

    Possesses strong menu presentation skills and presents using the 300% rule at all times.

    Ensures that products to be sold include extended service plans, GAP, pre-paid maintenance, and others.

    Monitors F&I log system to ensure maximum results from all opportunities.

    Utilizes OEM available programs/incentives to best benefit customers and OMGI.

    Develops new product offerings and new presentation systems.

    Takes all required OEM and dealership sales and F&I training.

    Maintains excellent relationships with OEM.

    Maintains excellent lender relations and evaluates new lender programs.

    Takes all required OEM and dealership sales and F&I training.

    Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.

    Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.

    Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

    Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Maintains professional appearance.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    At minimum, 3-5 years of automotive sales and finance experience.

    Prior automotive management experience preferred.

    Exceptional leadership, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.

    Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, in person, and online are a must.

    Proficient in math and writing.

    Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next-level customer service.

    Possesses a true passion for and knowledge of automobiles.

    Comfortable in a high-paced and competitive environment, while maintaining the ability to enjoy the job.

    Must successfully pass a drug testing, background investigation/interview, and pre-employment assessment.

    Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
