    Job Type: Full-Time | Management

    Overview: Richmond Mitsubishi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in automotive sales management, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with dealership objectives.

    Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.

    Monitor sales reports, trends, and market conditions to optimize results.

    Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory management, advertising, and promotional initiatives.

    Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and state/federal regulations.

    Support customer retention by maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with escalated issues.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management or related leadership role.

    Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and financing options.

    Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop successful sales teams.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive results.

    Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
