Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Culture
Staff Motivation: Build rapport with management and staff to create positive employee morale.
Leading by Example: Demonstrate core family values and honesty in all interactions.
Training: Inspire management teams to practice core values and maintain high performance.
Customer Experience
Retention Initiatives: Ensure customer service initiatives are being executed across all dealership areas to improve retention.
Quality Control: Analyze customer survey data to find weaknesses and recommend improvements for a superior customer experience.
Strategy & Marketing
Campaign Development: Create merchandising and advertising strategies to drive traffic.
Program Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend necessary changes.
Job Requirements:
· 2-5 years experience as an automotive sales manager, required.
· Proven ability to increase dealership profits.
· Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
