Responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored automotive solutions. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Hyundai and Genesis models, features, and technologies. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each vehicle to customers. • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Provide accurate information, conduct test drives, and assist with financing options. • Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives to give customers a firsthand experience of the superior quality and performance of our vehicles. • Follow-up: Maintain contact with potential customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure a seamless buying experience. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Cultivate a positive and trusting rapport with clients. • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including the finance and service departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. Qualifications: • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
