    Automotive Sales & Finance Representative (A–Z Closer) – $6,000–$12,000+/Month

    High-Volume | Immediate Hire | Full Deal Ownership

    We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing independent car dealership looking to hire an experienced, high-level Automotive Sales Professional who can own the entire deal from start to finish.

    We currently have more qualified leads than we can handle, and while many dealerships are slowing down or moving toward order-taker models, we are building a team of true producers — individuals who can control the process, maximize each deal, and get deals funded.

    This role is for someone who wants more control, more responsibility, and more income opportunity — not just handing deals off to finance.

    What This Role Actually Is

    You will be responsible for the full A–Z sales and finance process, including:

    Working internet leads and inbound opportunities

    Calling, texting, and setting appointments

    Running appointments and test drives

    Building rapport and qualifying customers

    Taking and structuring credit applications

    Presenting deal structure, payments, and options

    Working with lenders to secure approvals

    Presenting and selling backend products (VSC, GAP, etc.)

    Finalizing paperwork and contracts

    Ensuring deals are properly structured and funded

    You own the deal. Start to finish.

    What We’re Looking For

    Automotive sales experience REQUIRED

    Strong understanding of the full sales and finance process

    Confident handling customers from first contact to funding

    Ability to structure deals and navigate lender approvals

    Experience (or willingness to learn) backend product sales

    High urgency, strong organization, and attention to detail

    Competitive, disciplined, and money-driven

    This Role Is NOT For

    Order-takers who rely on managers to close deals

    Sales reps who only want to “turn deals to finance”

    Anyone uncomfortable discussing money, credit, or structure

    Green peas with no real dealership experience

    People who want low responsibility and low accountability

    Compensation

    $6,000–$12,000+ per month for performing reps

    Performance-based pay with no cap

    Income driven by:

    Total units sold (team + individual contribution)

    Backend product performance

    Deal efficiency and structure

    High volume + strong lead flow = real earning opportunity
