Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales • Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy • Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections • Engage with customers on the sales floor and over the phone as needed to meet the customer’s needs • Successful completion of appropriate paperwork and documentation for all vehicle sales • Review all payment options with customers • Walk customers through the Grote Automotive car buying experience from start to finish • Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles Qualifications: • Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: $62,500
