    Automotive Sales Consultant – EV-Focused, High-Energy Dealership We’re looking for a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our small, high-performance team at Karsten & Moore Auto Group in Gilbert, AZ. We’re an independent dealership with a heavy focus on EVs (especially Teslas) and aggressive, market-leading pricing – which means customers are usually already interested and deals are easier to put together. You’ll work a mix of store traffic, internet leads, and some outbound follow-up, guiding customers from first contact through delivery and presenting our EV warranty products along the way. This is a small base + commission role with flat per-unit pay plus spiffs on EV warranties, designed for someone who is competitive, money-motivated, and wants to grow with a fast-moving store. • Realistic earnings: ~$50,000–$75,000/year • Top performers: $80,000–$90,000+ (upside, performance-based) Full-time is preferred, but we’re open to two part-time champions if the fit is right. Responsibilities: • Greet and engage walk-in customers and internet leads in a professional, friendly way • Ask great questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle • Present and demonstrate vehicles, with a strong emphasis on EVs/Teslas • Perform and coordinate test drives and guide customers through the full sales process • Proactively follow up outbound with leads, prior customers, and unsold prospects via phone, text, and email • Present and sell EV battery/warranty products and other add-ons with integrity • Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM • Work with management to hit monthly volume and gross profit goals • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the lot and showroom • Represent the dealership’s brand and reputation with high energy, drive, and integrity Qualifications: • Strong sales and people skills are required – car sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or another performance-based role • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by a commission-driven pay plan • Comfortable on the phone, text, and basic video (simple walkaround or follow-up videos) • Coachable and willing to learn the EV/Tesla product line and our sales process • Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without dropping the ball • Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and consistent punctuality • Able to work full-time, including Saturdays (open to strong part-time candidates who can commit to a solid, consistent schedule) Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
