    Pay Structure

    $1,200 biweekly base pay

    $300 per vehicle sold (uncapped commission)

    Performance-based bonuses available

    Your income is directly tied to your production. The more you sell, the more you make—simple as that.

    The Role We’re looking for someone who can work leads, build value, and close deals consistently. This is a high-accountability environment where effort and results matter.

    You will handle the full sales process—from greeting and qualifying customers to closing deals and delivering vehicles.

    Responsibilities

    Greet and engage walk-in customers confidently

    Build rapport quickly and identify buying intent

    Present inventory and create urgency

    Conduct test drives and demonstrate value

    Follow up on leads daily (calls, texts, CRM)

    Structure and close deals while maintaining gross

    Work with a wide range of credit profiles

    Deliver vehicles and ensure a strong customer experience

    Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

    Prior sales experience required (automotive preferred)

    Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Salesperson License (DMV)

    Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
