Responsibilities: • Lead daily showroom operations and process execution • Support negotiations to improve deal success and gross • Coach sales performance through live deals and accountability • Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and response standards • Implement digital and AI tools to improve workflow • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent Qualifications: • Proven leader of high-performing automotive sales teams • Strong desk skills with confidence in complex deals • Visible, hands-on coach who drives accountability • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retailing platforms • Sharp understanding of margin and performance metrics • Valid driver’s license with a clean record Compensation: $110,000+ OTE based on performance
