Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and driving sales through trust and expertise. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for serving other, and a desire to succeed in a high-energy environment, this is the place for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, building rapport and understanding their vehicle needs.

Guide customers through the car-buying process with a consultative, no-pressure approach.

Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features to enhance the buying experience.

Stay up to date on inventory, financing options, and promotions.

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and encourage visits.

Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and professional showroom and lot environment.

Work collaboratively with the team to hit sales goals and provide top-tier customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred but not required)—we’ll train the right person!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.

Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
