We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor ready to earn $100,000–$120,000 annually in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers warmly and listen to their concerns

Build trust while recommending needed services and maintenance

Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians

Get customer approval and keep them updated throughout the process

Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure satisfaction

Help maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house experience

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop or dealership)

Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and tires

Ability to use POS/shop software (we use industry-leading tools)

Strong people skills – friendly, honest, and great with follow-up

High school diploma or equivalent
