Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding team. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring every client receives transparent communication, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs in a friendly, professional manner

Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly to customers

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work

Provide status updates and manage expectations throughout the repair process

Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and personalized service

Maintain accurate records and support efficient shop operations

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn and grow

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
