Our busy and growing Meineke location is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We take pride in being honest, professional, and building long-term relationships with our customers — and we’re looking for someone who shares our values.

Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right motivated person with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy

Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document service needs

Prepare and clearly explain repair estimates

Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Process payments and close repair orders

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

Assist with Inventory Management

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Comfortable with using computers and point-of-sale systems

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Automotive knowledge is helpful, but we will train
