Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Process payments and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communication.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Promote special offers and services to enhance customer experience.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
