Own the counter. Greet customers, assess concerns, and lead confident sales conversations.
Sell maintenance and repair services. Present inspections clearly and professionally, turning recommendations into approved work.
Drive results. Consistently improve ARO, service conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Build trust. Listen to customer needs, explain repairs in plain language, and follow up on open estimates.
Create accurate repair orders. Build computerized tickets, source parts, and communicate timelines.
Partner with technicians. Ensure inspections are thorough, accurate, and clearly documented.
Close the loop. Provide updates, handle objections, and secure approvals.
Maintain standards. Support cleanliness, organization, and professional shop appearance.
