The ideal candidate should have the following:
- General Motors experience preferred

- Superior leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Review of customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions,

- Working with technicians and the parts department to provide accurate, on time repairs,

- Selling service and repairs,

- Managing customers and proper follow-up to provide the best customer experience.
