Automotive Service Lane Valet/Driver

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-service-oriented Automotive Service Lane Valet/Driver to support our Service Department and provide a positive experience for customers. This position is responsible for safely moving customer vehicles, assisting with vehicle organization, maintaining a clean and orderly service area, and supporting the Service Team with daily operational needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Safely move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership and designated parking areas.

Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the Service Lane as needed.

Assist Service Advisors and other team members with daily service department needs.

Maintain an organized and clean Service Lane and shop area.

Remove garbage and dispose of waste as needed.

Assist with keeping the service drive, customer areas, and work areas clean and presentable.

Help move materials, equipment, and other items throughout the Service Department.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Provide courteous and professional service to customers and dealership staff.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the Service Department.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Ability to safely operate and maneuver vehicles.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous automotive, dealership, valet, or driving experience is preferred.
