About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and experience Service Manager to join our crew of car enthusiasts! If you love working in a laid-back yet efficient environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and constantly work and strive for improvement in work-flow and customer service
Oversee marketing efforts
Hire and fire employees as needed
Manage parts inventory working along with our shop assistant
Utilize use of our shop software, Shop-Ware
Work with technicians to create accurate estimates focusing on ordering all the right parts the first time and having accurate labor times
Strategize business growth and expansion
Greet customers, write repair orders, answer phones, schedule appointments, create estimates, collect payments, and handle extended warranty claims as needed
Requirements:
I am looking for that rockstar manager that can prove themselves and earn the big bucks
Excellent people skills and a great attitude
Experience with BMW, MINI or Mercedes-Benz
Proven track record of successfully running a shop
Impeccable organization skills
Problem solving skills
Valid driver's license
