Responsibilities: What You'll Do As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the performance and leadership of the entire shop. • Lead and develop technicians, service advisors, and customer service staff • Drive store performance, including sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction • Ensure consistent execution of our inspection and service processes • Coach team members to improve technical skills and communication with customers • Maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and teamwork • Review KPIs and take action to improve performance • Ensure vehicles are serviced correctly and delivered on time • Support hiring, training, and team development Qualifications: We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: • 5+ years of automotive industry experience • Previous leadership or management experience in an automotive shop • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • A commitment to integrity and doing the right thing for customers • ASE certifications and leadership experience are strongly preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $110,000 yearly
