    Your Responsibilities as an Automotive Service Technician:

    As an Automotive Service Technician , you will:

    • Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a variety of vehicles
    • Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension parts
    • Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance
    • Maintain accurate and organized service and repair documentation
    • Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-organized
    • Work collaboratively with team members to minimize downtime and keep the fleet operating efficiently

    What We’re Looking for as an Automotive Service Technician:

    • Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (fleet experience preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
    • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and modern repair equipment
    • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety and quality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid Maryland Driver’s License required
    • Dependable, positive, and motivated work ethic
