We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business and report directly to the owner.

    The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall performance, accountability, efficiency, and daily execution of the shop.

    The General Manager will oversee:

Implementation and consistent execution of company processes

    Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be a strong, organized leader who understands that great operations are built through clear expectations, consistent processes, accountability, communication, and follow-through.

You should be someone who can:

Identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement

Create, improve, document, and implement systems and procedures

Hold employees accountable while maintaining a professional and productive culture

Improve workflow, efficiency, productivity, and communication

Coach and develop employees rather than simply manage problems

Use data and performance metrics to make decisions

    Address issues directly and consistently

Work closely with ownership while taking real responsibility for day-to-day operations

Balance customer experience, employee development, operational efficiency, and profitability

    Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of automotive shop management experience, or comparable leadership experience with responsibility similar to a shop manager or general manager

Strong understanding of independent automotive repair shop operations

Proven experience managing employees across multiple roles or departments

Experience implementing systems, procedures, and accountability standards

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement

    Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$125,000 annual compensation, based on experience and qualifications

    Monday–Friday schedule

    No weekends

    Health and dental benefits

    401(k) with company match

Paid time off and paid holidays

Shop Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

    Paid training and professional development

    Stable, established, family-owned company

    Modern systems, technology, and equipment

Opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the continued growth and development of the organization

This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive leader who wants more than a title. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, strengthen the team, improve systems, maintain accountability, and help move an already successful organization forward.

If you have successfully led people, improved processes, created accountability, and understand what it takes to operate a high-performing independent automotive repair facility, we would like to hear from you.
