Job Summary

Our fast-growing automotive protection company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth through retail clients and dealership partnerships. This role involves lead follow-up, in-person consultations, outbound prospecting, and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are looking for someone who is profesional, coachable, energetic and passionate about the automotive industry . Experience in automotive sales, detailing, tint or PPF is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email and social media.

Conduct consultations and educate clients on PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Vinyl Wraps an detailing services.

Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates.

Close high-ticket services while maintaining a premium customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates and sales activity through our company CRM

Protect and elevate the company's brand image at all time

Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Prior sales experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
