Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to support daily operations at our automotive service facility. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and assist with basic customer service needs
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, waiting area, restrooms, and exterior grounds
Move vehicles safely around the lot and into service bays as needed
Perform light janitorial and facility maintenance tasks
Assist technicians and service advisors with general support duties
Ensure shop appearance meets company standards at all times
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Previous porter, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
