Store Manager – Delta Tire

Delta Tire is looking for a high-level Store Manager to lead shop operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are searching for someone with strong leadership skills, automotive management experience, and a solid understanding of vehicle systems and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a fast-growing company focused on raising the standard of the automotive industry.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience

Strong understanding of vehicle systems and automotive operations

Leadership and team management experience

Ability to manage workflow, customer service, and shop performance

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations

Manage technicians and service advisors

Deliver excellent customer service

Monitor shop performance and profitability

Maintain Delta Tire operational standards and culture

Help train and develop team members
