    As Store Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the business, including:

    Building and developing a high-performing team

    Coaching service advisors and technicians

    Delivering an outstanding customer experience

    Managing daily shop operations

    Driving sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity

    Monitoring key performance indicators including car count, ARO, close ratio, gross profit, and technician productivity

    Recruiting, hiring, and developing future leaders

    Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly

    Creating a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

    We're searching for someone who has:

    Previous automotive management experience

    Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge

    Leadership skills that inspire others

    Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    A passion for developing employees

    The ability to make sound business decisions

    A valid driver's license

    High integrity and a strong work ethic

    Bonus Points If You Have

    ASE Certifications

    Experience managing a high-volume automotive repair facility

    Experience reading financial reports and managing profitability
