    Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive dealership is seeking a full-time Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.

    The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least five years of experience in Auto repair, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met

    Train Assistant managers and Automotive technicians in repairs and daily operations.

    Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.

    Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and other staff.

    Implement growth strategies that align with Meineke's objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle repairs that meet the needs of our customers.

    Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting the shop.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed

    Five or more years of experience in automotive diagnostic and repair.

    Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends

    Possess a state-issued valid driver’s license

    Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.
