Store Manager in Training Delaney Tire & Auto
Delaney Tire & Auto is seeking a driven, experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to oversee daily shop operations and grow into a full Store Manager role. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the store—including profitability, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, schedule, and develop a high-performing service team
Consult with customers on vehicle inspections, service recommendations, and pricing
Manage store financials, including P&L performance and sales goals
Oversee inventory, ordering, and basic accounting functions
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility
Drive customer retention and build long-term relationships
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of store or automotive service management experience
Strong automotive knowledge and comfort with POS/shop management systems
Proven ability to lead, hire, and coach a team to meet performance goals
Strong communication and customer service skills
College degree or relevant coursework is a plus
