• Perform thorough inspections and proficiently manage both mechanical and electrical repairs on forklifts.
• Collaborate and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Execute relocations of equipment to our state-of-the-art workshop when necessary, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements:

• Completion of high school (diploma or GED required).
• Current driver’s license.
• Proven work experience (1-5 years preferred in related fields).
• Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics and electrical schematics.
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain customer rapport.
