About the Role:

Karma Atlantic Coast is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a great opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy and efficiency keep everything moving. Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag transfers accurately and in a timely manner

Submit title and registration paperwork to the Florida DMV and other applicable agencies

Maintain and organize title files, lien releases, and supporting documentation

Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies to resolve title issues

Ensure compliance with Florida state titling laws and dealership policies

Track and follow up on outstanding titles and pending transactions

Assist the finance and sales departments with title-related inquiries and documentation

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive tag & title, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred

Familiarity with Florida DMV titling and registration procedures is a strong plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software (DMS)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
