Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful busy shop

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Convey necessary vehicle repair information that is needed to service manager

Complete services to meet quality standards.

Inspect, top off, or replace all fluids, filters, and maintenance-related components.

Swap out tires, plug tires, replace and program TPMS sensors.

Keep vehicles clean during all service and repair procedures.

Comply with all safety, environmental, and shop policies.

Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

Perform other duties as required. Good work ethic, team player, must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Opportunity to grow and learn more skills in a trade that is in high demand.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification is preferred not required

Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record

Minimum 2 years of experience
