Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team!
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using our computer software and have knowledge of vehicle systems and have your own tools.
Responsibilities
Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information
Must have your own tools
Knowledge of Automotive Repairs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred but not required
Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communications skills are required
Must have a valid driver license as well as pass a background check with drug testing. We have a ZERO tolerance policy that includes prescription drugs that effect your ability to do the job
