Our shop never runs low on car count. We advertise, receive referrals, and are busy all day everyday any time of year. Our clients take care of their vehicles and expect professional service. Staff culture is second to none. We have only pleasant and positive people on our team. Our techs are well-rounded and we help them with certification. They receive $2 to $5 bumps to their rate beginning at just 40 hours turned per week! All work is billed and paid at CP time + 30%. Our techs are valued and are our most important commodity. Health, Dental, Vision, STD, Life, Accident, and Critical Illness insurances are fully company paid. We're off and extend holidays when most shops and businesses are open. We provide in-house technical training weekly during the workday. Full PTO status is granted from day one.

So why are we advertising for more experienced techs, you ask? Two reasons: 1. These are needed additional positions 2. Meeting and exceeding lifestyle goals is not for everybody. We meet one-on-one regularly to discuss your vision and where you want to go in life. We make action plans to get you to where you want to be. Family and lifestyle are paramount and require good work-life balance. We get our work done on the weekdays (with no evenings) and then take every Saturday and Sunday off.
