Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive inbound inspections ; build repair plans and accurate parts lists with photos/notes. • Diagnose drivability/electrical/A/C concerns using scan tools, service info, DVOM, and smoke testing; turn findings into a clear test plan. • Execute repairs across major systems : braking, steering/suspension, cooling, charging/starting, intake/induction, and A/C/HVAC components (e.g., compressors/condensers), plus common engine/trim repairs (e.g., throttle bodies, sensors, window regulators). • Complete A/C service (R‑1234yf & R‑134a): evacuate/recharge, leak checks, and component replacement as needed. • Pre‑/post‑scan, road‑test, verify repairs, and document everything in the RO with clarity. • Parts coordination: source/order parts, manage cores/returns, and keep inventory tidy; coordinate outside vendors only when appropriate. Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • GED or high school diploma is mandatory • 3+ years professional technician experience (A/B‑level) with proven diagnostic ability. • Clean, insurable driver’s license ; able to road‑test manuals and automatics. Compensation: $24.50 - $30 hourly
