We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Technician to join our growing family.     Job Description: As an Automotive Technician at Resto Motive LLC, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. This role requires fabrication skills and the ability to perform vehicle modifications. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all repairs and custom modifications are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, adapt, and improve continuously in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on various vehicles

    Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

    Repair and replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems

    Perform vehicle modifications and custom fabrications to meet customer needs

    Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair needs

    Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, repair methods, and fabrication techniques

    Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and customer satisfaction standards

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred

    Minimum of 2 ASE certifications preferred

    Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic

    Fabrication skills, including the ability to perform tasks requiring vehicle modifications

    Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Coachable and open to learning new skills and techniques

    Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
