    Rollins Automotive is seeking experienced technician to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position.

    As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable learning and using the computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

    Responsibilities

    Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.

    Follow procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

    Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks

    Test-drive and verify repairs

    Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

    Convey necessary vehicle repair information to advisors by way of clear communication, detailed notes, and photographs, and digital inspections.

    Provide high-quality repairs

    Maintain a clean, organized work space.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.

    Valid drivers license

    Ability to work in a team environment, and to work independently with minimal supervision

    A good attitude and willingness to learn

    Strong customer service and communications skills are required

    Work in a fast paced environment and keep track of things while often working on multiple things.
