Responsibilities: • Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships • Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs • Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems Qualifications: • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus • High school diploma or GED is required • National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired Compensation: $40,000 - $83,200
