About the Role:

Join Tuffy Tire & Auto as an Automotive Technician, where your skills will help keep our customers stay safe on the road. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a difference in the automotive world. $1500 sign on bonus after 90 days. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and goals.

Document all services performed and parts used in the repair process.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
